Coastside
Jewish
Community

is an evolving congregation of approximately eighty member families, spiritually guided by our Maggid (spiritual leader), Jhos Singer, and Sheli'ach Tzibur (service leader), Julie Batz.

CJC is an inclusive community of people from a wide range of Jewish and other backgrounds. In keeping with the style and spirit of the Coastside, we offer programs accessible to all.

Our liturgy, music and ritual practice draw deeply from Judaism's rich spiritual heritage, while infusing tradition with new meaning.
